For context, this is one of the largest agility conferences in the country. This year, Insi was a master sponsor, delivering talks, hosting a booth for audience interaction, talent acquisition, and exclusive agility discussions with company experts. On top of that, Insi won an award for its Agile Transformation case at Aurora Alimentos. To share all the details, the panel featured key Insi representatives: Adriana Tavares – Head of Digital Solutions, Dian Costa – Head of Agility, Fernando Ruano – Head of LACE, and Ricardo Miluzzi – Business Solutions Engineer. Beyond the event, they discussed agility and the multiple paths organizations can take to adopt it.
