Privacy Policy

What is the purpose of processing the data collected?

INSI is a company focused on agile technological solutions that simplify and generate real value in the day-to-day operations of organizations, working to evolve their business in a way that is fast, consistent, and compatible with the increasingly accelerated changes of our time.

We care about the privacy and protection of the information we process, and we know that you also care about your personal data and the way it is used.

In view of this, we ask that you carefully read this Privacy Policy, which will explain which personal data will be collected through our website, the reasons for the collection, and what we will do with it.

The purpose of our Privacy Policy is to reinforce our commitment to society, ensuring that your interactions with our website take place in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD). Who carries out the collection and processing of data? Our website collects personal data through cookies and the other fields requested for contact, via the "Contact," "Talent," or "Compliance" portals.

The collection of data entered on the website is carried out directly by INSI. INSI is the administrator of the portal, which compiles such information and transfers it to the responsible departments. INSI may carry out other processing operations such as classification, extraction from the database, and filters within the system.

INSI is not authorized to carry out any type of processing other than the one indicated. Which data is collected? When you access our web page, additional personal information such as name, email, telephone number, and date of birth will be collected if you provide it voluntarily and with your consent — for example, when filling out a "Contact" form as part of a registration.

To register on our "Talent" portal, we collect the following data: personal registration information in order to apply for our job openings, including email, full address, and telephone number, as well as other information relevant to your professional career.

On our "Compliance" portal, should you opt for an identified report, we collect the following data: name, email, telephone number, date of birth, and your relationship with INSI. Furthermore, in the description of the facts, we may use other data — including sensitive data — should you freely disclose it.

We also use unique identifier cookies for the purpose of providing users with a personalized and secure experience, enabling INSI to access the characteristics of the access device, the browser, the IP (with date and time), the origin of the IP, information about clicks, pages accessed, or any search term entered on the website or in reference thereto — which will be better explained in the section on cookies. This data will not be used by INSI for other purposes. We collect sensitive data on the "Compliance" reporting channel should you provide it freely and in an identified manner. What is the purpose of processing the data collected? INSI collects and processes your personal data for the following purposes: To optimize your experience on our portals through cookies; To identify, manage, control, monitor, and respond to your requests on the "Contact" and "Talent" channels; To authenticate the identity of contact made by telephone, electronic means, or others; To send direct marketing (newsletter) with information about new products, services, projects, events, and/or institutional information; To identify, monitor, manage, and investigate reports made in an identified manner on our "Compliance" portal.

INSI will always process your personal data in accordance with the legal bases.

In interactions with the "Contact" and "Talent" channels, processing will take place upon the consent of the data subject, and INSI does not process the data of children (under 12 years of age) on these portals.

For identified reports on our "Compliance" portal, the processing of personal data — including sensitive data — is based on compliance with a legal obligation, related to the anti-corruption matters set forth in Law No. 12,486/2013. Should the report involve data of children (under 12 years of age), we request the consent of one of the parents or guardian.

We will keep the collected information stored for as long as the purpose lasts or as determined by law. The information collected by these cookies may be anonymized, and the cookies cannot track your browsing activity on other websites. Advertising/marketing cookies: These cookies are used to deliver ads that are more relevant to you and your interests. They are also used to limit the number of times you view an ad, as well as to help measure the effectiveness of an advertising campaign. They are usually placed by advertising networks with the permission of the website operator.

We use the user's consent regarding the cookies collected on our website, which is recorded and documented by the AdOpt tool, through the registration of the user's anonymous IP number, the browser's user agent, the website URL, the date and time of consent, and a unique encrypted key.

After 12 months, the user's consent is automatically deleted by the registration tool and used only in an aggregated and anonymous manner as part of INSI's statistics.
