The company's Chief Digital Officer, Simone Lettieri, won in the Global Leadership category at the LATAM edition of WOMEN IN TECH® - Global Movement, which honors an exemplary female leader who has demonstrated outstanding leadership skills, driving transformative change and making a significant impact on a global scale! This is another significant recognition, this time global, of our digital transformation at INSI.
Simone was the only executive nominated in two categories. In addition to being named TOP 1 in LATAM for Global Leadership, she is among the TOP 5 for Lifetime Achievement, which honors women who dedicate their careers to the technology industry, leaving a lasting legacy.
The award is an initiative of Global Movement, an international organization with the mission of promoting gender equality and recognizing women in technology. The NGO promotes initiatives worldwide and has over 200,000 members. It's the only organization for women in technology with programs for all stages of a woman's career: from the classroom to the boardroom.
INSI is the only organization in our segment with a representative in the LATAM category. Simone was awarded for the successful case in which she led INSI's digital transformation, reinforcing this commitment not only to clients but to all professionals within the company. The project was previously recognized at Agile Trends 2023 and the IT Forum 2022.
This international recognition reinforces INSI's growth journey in recent years.
