TIME - Insi ranked Top 10 Brazil Best Employers

Insi is once again among the 10 best companies to work for in Brazil, according to TIME magazine's Best Employers ranking in partnership with Statista. In the 2026 edition, released on August 26, Insi ranks 10th overall in the country, with a score of 95.14 out of 100, among companies across every sector of the Brazilian economy, not just technology. This is the second consecutive year the company has placed in the overall top 10: in 2025, the ranking's debut year, the organization (then known as Meta, legal name Meta Serviços em Informática) also took 10th place, with a score of 99.05.

Holding that position for two years running, through the biggest transition in the company's history (the shift from Meta to Insi on June 1, 2026), is a source of pride for every Insider. It reflects the strength of the culture built over this 36-year journey and how the business has evolved along the way.

What is TIME's Best Employers ranking

Best Employers is a partnership between TIME magazine and Statista, one of the world's largest market and consumer data platforms. Unlike sector-specific rankings, Best Employers evaluates companies across every sector of the economy at once, which raises the bar for comparison: Insi isn't just being measured against other tech companies, but against banks, industrial firms, pharmaceutical companies, retailers, and multinationals from vastly different backgrounds.

The 2026 edition is the ranking's second annual edition in Brazil. According to the methodology published by TIME itself, the Brazilian survey gathered more than 900,000 employer evaluations, collected through online panels with a representative sample of employees from companies with at least 500 employees in Brazil. Participants name their employer spontaneously, through an open-ended question with autocomplete. This keeps the process neutral: no company can influence who responds.

The final score combines two criteria:

Direct recommendation. How likely an employee is to recommend their own company to friends and family, on a scale of 0 to 10.

Indirect recommendation. How likely an employee is to recommend other companies in the same sector, creating a cross-referenced picture of reputation within each industry.

Direct recommendation carries more weight, since it's the indicator closest to the day-to-day experience of the people living it.

Insi appears in the ranking alongside names like Microsoft, Apple, IBM, Alphabet, and Mercedes-Benz, among the country's top 10. Within the technology sector itself, the company ranks ahead of well-established international players in Brazil.

An achievement that spans an entire transformation

To put this position in perspective, it helps to understand the moment we're in. The 2025 recognition came at the end of a chapter: 35 years of history as Meta. The 2026 recognition comes at the start of another: Insi was born on June 1, 2026.

Achieving this result in the middle of a brand transition is a real test of company culture and proof of Insi's evolutionary journey. It has always come down to how people are treated, heard, and developed every day. Our purpose remains constant and timeless: "Human growth with technology". After all, we believe everything starts from inside. In other words, the real lever for any transformation isn't the tool you buy, it's what's within: the people, the culture, the governance, and the clarity of who makes the decisions.

What drives this result: the employee journey

The experience of working at Insi isn't left to chance. It's a strategic priority built into the company's Balanced Scorecard (BSC), which commits Insi to becoming a company technology professionals want to work for and to strengthening how it manages internal talent.

That commitment plays out through an Employee Journey built around seven key moments, from attraction and hiring through offboarding, with corporate education, performance management, rewards and incentives, and succession planning along the way. Business Partners dedicated to each business unit support employees at every stage.

Key pillars behind this structure:

Development, accessible from any starting point. Insi Academy delivers thousands of training hours every year, with learning paths tailored by squad, business unit, and skill level, including AI training open to everyone, not just specialists.

Structured, ongoing listening. Climate surveys, eNPS, reputation diagnostics, and open feedback channels make sure no input goes unheard. Every response becomes an action plan with an owner and a deadline.

Leadership defined by behavior, not title. The Leadership Culture Code rests on a simple premise: leading is a set of attitudes, not a position.

Transparency, even when results fall short. Strategic indicators, including the BSC's four pillars (Sustainability, Customers, Internal Processes, and Learning and Growth), are shared across the entire organization, with clear context and action plans whenever something falls below target.

A message from Insi's leadership

"Being recognized for the second time among the ten best companies to work for in Brazil, right after our transition to Insi, confirms something we see as a starting point, not a finish line: culture isn't transferred with a new name, it's built every day in how we care for the people who help this company grow. This achievement belongs to every Insider."

Claudio Carrara, Vice President at Insi

More than an award: the reflection of a strategic choice

The belief that sustainable growth for a technology company can't be separated from the human growth of the people who make it up also shapes how Insi designs its own Evolutionary Journey for clients: a six-stage method (Intentionality, Strategy, Technology, Execution, Results, and Realization) in which people's intentionality is always the starting point, and their realization is always the destination.

It's no coincidence that the first stage of the journey Insi offers its clients begins with the same principle that guides how the company takes care of its own team: truly listening before acting. It all starts inside. It all starts Insi.

What is TIME magazine's Best Employers ranking? It's an annual ranking published by TIME magazine in partnership with Statista, identifying the companies most recommended by their own employees across different countries, starting with Brazil, India, and Australia. The 2026 edition is the ranking's second edition.

Where did Insi place in the 2026 ranking? Insi ranked 10th in Brazil's overall ranking, with a score of 95.14, among companies across every sector of the economy, not just technology.

Did Insi also appear in the 2025 ranking? Yes. In 2025, the year TIME's Best Employers debuted in Brazil, the company (at the time still under the legal name Meta Serviços em Informática) also took 10th place in the overall ranking, with a score of 99.05.

How is the ranking calculated? The score combines two indicators: direct recommendation, meaning how likely each employee is to recommend their own employer to friends and family, and indirect recommendation, how likely they are to recommend other companies in the same sector. In Brazil, the 2026 edition gathered more than 900,000 evaluations from employees at companies with at least 500 staff. Direct recommendation carries more weight in the final calculation.

Did Insi employees know they were part of this survey? There's no indication that the survey targets any specific company. Participants name their employer spontaneously, through an open-ended question, which ensures neutrality and prevents any company from influencing who takes part.

Why does Insi appear under this name in the 2026 ranking instead of Meta? Meta became Insi on June 1, 2026, in a process that isn't just a rebrand, but the continuation of an evolutionary journey spanning more than 35 years. The 2026 ranking already reflects the company's new identity.

Is this ranking specific to the technology sector? No. Best Employers evaluates companies across every sector of the Brazilian economy at once. Insi is classified within the IT, Internet, Software, and Services sector, but its ranking position (10th place) is overall, measured against companies in any industry.

Insi thanks each of the 2,700 Insiders whose work and voice make this recognition possible every year.
