As our Vice President, Claudio Carrara, highlights, this journey was essential for us to move away from being a traditional company and become an agile organization—characterized by integration, flexibility, and a strong data-driven infrastructure. This evolution positions us as a leader in digital innovation.

Key strategic transformations

Jessica Lupatini, Accounting and Tax Manager, explains that the foundation of our efficiency was the implementation of seven new systems in the areas of administration, people management, finance, legal, commercial, and accounting. These systems transformed our internal processes, delivering results such as:

  • 75% reduction in the time needed to issue invoices through automation.

  • Centralization of HR information, simplifying the management of employee data such as hours, vacations, and compensation.

-An integrated CRM, consolidating all client and proposal data in a single place.

These improvements resulted in greater delivery efficiency, enhanced system performance, and increased autonomy for managers.

Governance and scalability

Camila Forest, Legal Manager, explains how we mapped risks and identified areas for improvement, updating and creating robust policies for INSI’s governance. In addition, we implemented a contract management system that centralizes all stages, ensuring flexibility and a complete history of negotiations. Now, the entire lifecycle of a contract is centralized, eliminating the loss of important information.
