Being recognized as a finalist in the Leader of the Year category of the 2023 WomenTech Global Awards underscores our leadership's commitment to driving positive change in the technology industry and fostering a digital culture within our organization.
At INSI, our commitment to promoting diversity and innovation goes beyond these awards. Next Gen, a startup competition initiated by INSI and INSI Ventures, in partnership with Cubo Itaú, Numerik, and Instituto Caldeira, is another milestone in our journey. This competition identifies and recognizes female founders with a Software as a Service (SaaS) business model, focusing on the B2B and B2B2C markets. The inaugural edition in Brazil in 2022 marked the beginning of a platform that celebrates and supports the next generation of women leaders in technology.
