Every hour, eight children or adolescents are victims of sexual violence in Brazil. This is an urgent and often invisible problem. To address it, more than 100 companies and NGOs have joined forces to create the Zero Sexual Violence Movement, an initiative focused on preventing and combating this alarming reality. A Private Sector Commitment to the Zero Sexual Violence Movement
The Zero Sexual Violence Movement was officially launched today, March 20th, at an event in São Paulo that brought together business leaders, ESG representatives, and institutions committed to protecting children and adolescents. The initiative is supported by organizations such as Grupo Mulheres do Brasil, Childhood Brasil, and Instituto Liberta e Vibra Energia, all recognized for their impact on this cause.
The launch event featured a symbolic act of membership and a discussion with experts.
