Employee Experience with Digital Transformation
In recent years, we've talked a lot about employee experience and the importance of an effective and engaged employee journey from the start. Companies are understanding the importance of focusing on people: both the customer and the internal team that develops services and products. It's also been widely discussed that digital transformation is about people, and achieving it requires a cultural shift.
And in line with this, INSI has been increasingly investing in employee journeys. After all, at the end of the day, it's the employees who deliver your company's services, and the people who benefit from everything we build.
Viviane Furquim, our Director of People and Performance, comments that the pain point for all companies today is people, as everyone needs a purpose, collaborative work, and expectations aligned with the company. Viviane emphasizes that these days, it's impossible to build an employee journey without technology!
The combination of technology and the human factor needs to be considered at all times. Digital transformation has become crucial in the HR area, so we need to start from the premise that "everything starts with an excellent employee journey." After all, employees deliver to the end customer what they receive from the company they work for. This is the mindset we share with leaders and clients.
Open Innovation for the Employee Journey
INSI Ventures, our Venture Capital arm, has been investing in SaaS startups that develop solutions to improve and evolve the relationship between companies and their employees. Between investments, connections, and mentoring, INSI Ventures works with six startups focusing on the entire employee journey, from recruitment, development, internal communication, to organizational culture management.
INSI Ventures' Head, Marcio Flôres, comments that achieving excellence in the employee journey requires, in addition to mapping the ecosystem to foster strategic partnerships, a focus on internal organization.
We understand that through innovation and startups that develop highly specialized solutions, it's possible to achieve greater efficiency and leverage talent.

Example of employee journey transformation
We also shared an example of the employee journey transformation we implemented within our own company. In 2022, we implemented well-known market solutions such as Senior, SAP S/4HANA, and Salesforce, but we decided to go further, investing in open innovation and SaaS startups that could complement our tools. We're investing in six startups that are at different stages of the journey, as you can see in the image below:

These startups make up our ecosystem, some of which have emerged from INSI Ventures challenges (including champions, such as Dialog and Workhub). Several SaaS startups are part of our portfolio of disruptive technologies, and together we help clients develop and focus on what really matters: their business.
