One of the greatest milestones of INSI’s transformational journey is the INSI Cognitive Platform, which centralizes data and provides a comprehensive view of the business. According to Amanda Santos, Executive Manager of the Automation, Data & AI Hub, the platform acts as a solutions accelerator, offering process automation to reduce errors and optimize resources, valuable insights that allow teams to focus on strategic activities, and practical, efficient solutions that benefit both clients and employees.
INSI Ventures, the company’s open innovation initiative, is designed to integrate technological development and build strategic partnerships with startups. According to Marcio Flôres, Head of INSI Ventures, the initiative has evolved from a traditional investment approach to also creating AI-based products. This transformation expanded INSI’s portfolio, generating value for clients and strengthening its market position.
In 2019, INSI began its global expansion with operations in Canada, a strategic region in the Toronto-Waterloo Corridor — recognized for its business advantages and innovation ecosystem. This initiative was boosted by the partnership with DataH, which led to the creation of the MetaDataH joint venture in artificial intelligence, expanding INSI’s presence in North America. Today, the company serves more than 45 clients in the region, consolidating its position as a reference in technology and innovation.
INSI reinforced its market positioning with the launch of the Digital Transformation Index (DXi) in 2021, designed to measure companies’ maturity in digitalization and innovation. In its 2024 edition, the index focuses specifically on companies’ maturity in artificial intelligence.
