With the advancement of fintechs and the growth of technologies fostering the digital banking market, Banco Original, the first 100% digital bank in the country, sought a partner capable of assisting it in the effective process of digital transformation. In 2018, Insi began the Agile Transformation Journey project at the bank, supporting the cultural shift, engagement, and adoption of agile practices.
The main challenge of this journey was to enable three organizational pillars that are essential for differentiation in this segment: time-to-market, delivery pace, and focus on value and quality.
Among the results already achieved, the following stand out: a 375% expansion in the account base, an 80% reduction in the time for new releases, and a 65% increase in time-to-market, resulting from the implementation of agile methodologies across various areas of the organization, which also impacted improvements in engagement, productivity, and quality indicators. Furthermore, in just one and a half years of this partnership, Banco Original saw results by acquiring 5x more clients and increasing its credit portfolio by 7x.
In addition, Insi promoted the creation of Original Labs, a strategic unit focused on continuously bringing innovation to the core business, sparking a series of innovations and new opportunities and businesses.
Fabio Lins, Executive Superintendent of Channels at Banco Original, highlights Insi's differentiator: "Insi placed people at the center of the solution, who worked collaboratively, with business and technology areas together in the same squad."
