Commitment to Equity and Inclusion at INSI
At INSI, we continuously reinforce our commitment to pay equity, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace. More than just numbers, we strive to implement consistent initiatives that ensure a fair, welcoming space filled with opportunities for all employees.
Actions to Promote Diversity and Pay Equality
To strengthen this agenda, INSI has been implementing various initiatives that encourage talent development and plurality in all areas of the company. Among the main highlights are:
- INSI Plural: a program aimed at valuing diversity within the #MetaTeam, which includes actions directed at people with disabilities, women in technology, cultural diversity, different generations, the LGBTQIA+ community, and spirituality.
- Inclusive Language Guide: material created to support more respectful and welcoming communication in all contexts.
- INSI Changers of Plural: a group of employees dedicated to promoting internal representation.
- ScaleUp: a professional development program that encourages each employee to take the lead in their career. ScaleUp is not limited to promotions or salary increases. It offers tools, projects, and culture that enhance continuous learning, ensuring growth and new possibilities.
Cultural Diversity
We believe that different perspectives enrich innovation and make solutions more creative. This cultural diversity is part of our DNA. Today, we are a team of 2,500 professionals distributed across more than 20 countries and over 350 cities, bringing together people of multiple ethnicities, nationalities, gender identities, and physical conditions, all connected by the same purpose: to transform society through technology.
Generational Inclusion
At INSI, we also value the exchange between different generations. We want professionals at all stages of their careers to find space to grow. Among the actions supporting this pillar, the highlights are:
- Young Apprentice: a program that offers training and professional experience for young beginners. More than 40 participants have already entered the job market in states such as RS, SP, PR, RJ, and MG.
- INSI League: an immersion program in the technology sector. More than 100 people, aged between 15 and 73 and in different roles, have already participated in the initiative.
Women in Technology
With Women In Tech, we encourage the female presence in the technology sector, supporting professional growth and the pursuit of greater equity. Since 2021, the program has been generating important results, such as:
- 40% of INSI's leadership is composed of women
- 45% of the company is composed of women
The Next Gen: initiative to promote female entrepreneurship, with more than 200 women-led startups and R$ 1.5 million in investments via INSI Ventures.
These numbers reinforce our commitment to gender equality. We believe that competence has no labels and that affirmative programs are essential for a more equitable corporate environment.
Additionally, we were recognized for the third consecutive year as finalists of the Women in Tech Global Awards (LATAM edition), reinforcing our dedication to diversity in the technology sector.
Continuous evolution and monitoring
We continue to invest in policies and practices that make the corporate environment fairer and more accessible. Systematic monitoring of these initiatives is essential to measure progress and continuously improve our actions.
We publish, in compliance with the legislation (Federal Law No. 14.611/2023, MTE Ordinance No. 3.714 and Decree No. 11.795/2023), the Annual Salary Equality Report, which reinforces our commitment to transparency and inclusion.
These reports are based on official sources such as eSocial, RAIS 2023, and Portal Emprega Brasil (August 2024), and fully respect the General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13.709/2018). Although the classification used (CBO) does not always reflect market reality, the data provides an important snapshot of the progress and challenges in the pursuit of equity.

At INSI, we continue to evolve our strategies to ensure a diverse, accessible, and fair environment, reaffirming every day that technology only transforms the world when it is built by diverse people.
