Over the years, we at INSI have established ourselves as a technology and innovation company focused on digital transformation. To celebrate our 32-year history, we launched a new positioning campaign. Created in partnership with the agency Ivoire, the positioning clearly states that digital transformation isn't just about code and software. For us, this change is much more connected to a constant movement of innovation and the search for new paths that directly involve people, their desires, and aspirations. After all, digital transformation is about people.
The campaign's primary objective is to position INSI as a leader and benchmark in digital transformation in Brazil, with a significant international presence and work with global brands. With the main motto "we dream because we are human, we transform because it's our business," we aim to generate brand awareness based on our concrete contribution to the market, showcase INSI's accelerated growth, and further strengthen the association between the company and the term digital transformation.
While most companies in the sector emphasize technological advancement as an imperative, we decided to focus on the human factor as a strategic focus, reinforcing this same message in our new positioning, which focuses on the direct relationship between innovation and the evolution of people and companies. The campaign's idea is to provoke reflection on how technology needs to be tied to organizational culture. People are the fuel for change and disruption: we are human, we dream, we transform.
INSI - Technology, innovation, and digital transformation
We believe that digital transformation is about allowing ourselves to be increasingly human, agile, testing ourselves, learning, evolving, and creating new paths, growing, and thriving to change cultures and leverage new businesses. With the provocative motto "technology provides the answers, but we are the ones who ask the questions," we intend to discuss the role of technology in leveraging business and generating results. Our manifesto also advocates that simplicity, innovation, results, clarity, and objectivity go hand in hand. But above all, we believe that the human factor is one of the secrets to driving digital transformation that benefits people.
"The possibilities are endless when we talk about digital transformation, and when we reinforce the human side and think digitally, the sky's the limit. It leverages business, optimizes results, generates engagement, and, most importantly, makes our lives easier!" comments Telmo Costa, CEO of INSI.
Our campaign also brings a new look to the company's entire branding. The brand colors were revisited, the fonts simplified, and the images more humanized. "It's like our motto: Digital. Simple. Human. We understood that our brand had room for verbal and visual evolution, and we took advantage of the new positioning to also showcase the results of this revitalization and rebranding effort," adds Telmo. It's also worth noting that, for the execution of all the branding work, our marketing team once again enlisted the help of the Ivoire agency.
