The startup Dialog won the first edition of the Bring Your SaaS challenge, a competition for SaaS-based startups run by INSI Ventures. Following its success in the competition, the startup raised R$4 million in investment from INSI Ventures and other groups, and INSI also implemented the startup's solution in its HR management system.

The role of technology in transforming the employee experience
Large companies are investing in the use of new tools and technologies to solve daily employee challenges, promoting better experience, productivity, and engagement. Many of the solutions adopted are provided by startups specializing in human resource management, known as HRTechs.
Its innovations are aimed at very specific processes, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, internal communication, performance analysis, training, and task management.

The partnership between Dialog and INSI: 80% of active employees
INSI, the parent company of INSI Ventures, identified internal communication challenges with its employees and decided to implement the solutions offered by Dialog.
Among the many benefits generated by the partnership is increased employee engagement and the replacement of the previous seven-for-one communication and service channels with just one, the INSI App. This channel also became a hub where INSI Academy activities are hosted.
INSI's adoption of the system was a success: after two months, 80% of employees were active on the platform. This activity rate is one of the highest among Dialog clients.
"The INSI App not only offers interesting content that people want to access, but also useful features for employees' daily lives," according to Gabriel Kessler, CEO of Dialog.
Results
The startup also recently completed a project with the Havan retail chain, where it developed Encantar, a digital corporate social network for the retailer's more than 20,000 employees across 19 Brazilian states.
On the day the network launched, 3 million actions were recorded on the app, and within the first month, 87% of employees were active users, demonstrating exceptional engagement with Encantar.
Dialog also achieved great success in implementing the Econline platform for Ecogen. Although office workers are typically less likely to use systems like this, today 90% of employees use the solution.
Econline replaced the four communication channels previously used by the company (Email, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, and Rádio Peão), centralizing the entire communication system in one place.
Kessler also emphasized that the startup has helped companies implement a smarter and more effective communication network, which "doesn't seek to sophisticate, but rather to simplify," helping not only managers but the organization as a whole. Implementing Dialog's solution is a fast and personalized process, taking an average of 8 to 12 weeks.
