The fifth edition of Bring Your SaaS – Powered by AI took place on September 30, as part of the Semana Caldeira 2025 program, in Porto Alegre. The challenge, organized by INSI Ventures, brought together growth-stage startups that use artificial intelligence as the foundation for their business models.

Challenge Dynamics
At the opening, the organizers emphasized INSI's role in connecting entrepreneurs, investors, and companies, highlighting that the value generated goes far beyond financial investment, involving market access, governance, and knowledge.
The dynamics followed the format of quick pitches, with up to five minutes of presentation and three minutes for questions from the judging panel. The evaluation criteria included:
- Business model: clarity of the problem solved, sustainability, and adherence to the SaaS model.
- Scalability: potential for accelerated growth with a technological structure capable of supporting expansion.
- Team profile: experience, complementarity of skills, and execution capacity of the founders.
- Potential impact: relevance of the addressed pain, competitive differentiation, and market size.
- Strategic use of AI: maturity and centrality of artificial intelligence in value generation, including ethics and data security.
The Winners
After a fierce competition, three startups stood out among the finalists:
🥇 1st place – TropicalIA
The grand winner of the edition, TropicalIA offers a simple and accessible infrastructure to contextualize business data in AI applications, allowing organizations to integrate artificial intelligence into their processes without technical barriers.
🥈 2nd place – DeltaAI
A solution that uses artificial intelligence to prevent litigation and reduce legal costs by analyzing interactions between consumers and companies.
🥉 3rd place – MatchIT
A platform that acts as a virtual consultant specialized in innovation and technology, available 24/7 to support companies in managing transformation processes.
Moving Ecosystem
More than a competition, Bring Your SaaS has become a strategic platform to understand and accelerate the Brazilian AI ecosystem. The data from this edition show that we already have a significant group of mature startups, with real traction and applying advanced technologies to solve complex business problems, says Marcio Flôres, Head of INSI Ventures.
Our role is to bring these startups closer to large companies and investors, expanding the impact of innovation in the country, he adds.
