3 min readSeptember 4, 2024By

For the second year in a row, INSI is a finalist for the Women in Tech LATAM Awards! This year, INSI's Director of People and Performance, Viviane Furquim, was nominated in the Global Leadership category, which recognizes women who drive transformative change and make a significant impact on a global scale.

The Employee Journey Success Story

Viviane was nominated thanks to the success of the Employee Journey, a project that is part of INSI's digital transformation. This success story encompasses everything from talent attraction and selection to the continuous development of professionals, always with an innovative approach. The project integrates new technologies to improve the employee experience, resulting in the incorporation of seven startups into the company's processes, the advanced use of artificial intelligence (AI), and a 30% reduction in voluntary turnover. Furthermore, INSI maintains an eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score) above 60, demonstrating a high level of employee satisfaction.

International Recognition: Women In Tech

The awards are organized by the Global Movement, an international NGO dedicated to promoting gender equality and recognizing women in technology. With over 200,000 members worldwide, the organization is the only one to offer programs that cover all phases of a woman's life cycle in technology, from education to leadership positions.

This is the second consecutive year that INSI has had its leaders among the finalists for the Women In Tech award. In 2023, the company's Chief Digital Officer, Simone Lettieri, was a finalist in two categories: Global Leadership and Lifetime Achievement, winning first place.

This international recognition solidifies INSI's evolution in recent years. The digital transformation case study of the employee journey, led by Viviane Furquim and the People and Performance team, is a clear example of INSI's commitment to attracting, developing, and retaining talent, aligning technological innovation with employee well-being and growth.

The award also reinforces INSI's Women in Tech initiative, a project that promotes women's presence in the IT sector and their career growth. One of the initiatives was the development of an e-book featuring stories of successful leaders who share their challenges on the way to reaching senior leadership, as well as providing valuable tips for those who want to achieve that goal.

The e-book provides valuable insights from visionary, strategic, and innovative leaders who are driving a more egalitarian market.
