OCP Fertilizantes was another company to kickstart its digital evolution by adopting SAP S/4HANA as its ERP system. And for this large-scale project, INSI was the consulting firm chosen to implement the system and apply the best practices of SAP, the world leader in ERP.
Go Live SAP S/4HANA at OCP Fertilizantes
During the week of April 1st, OCP Fertilizantes celebrated the Go Live of SAP S/4HANA, and they began issuing their invoices in the new system. This is a major step for a company aiming for scalable growth, beyond its current level.
The implementation of SAP S/4HANA at OCP Fertilizantes took a year and involved the entire company, going beyond the IT department. It was a project that, in addition to implementing software, also required joint work between OCP and INSI to carry out change management and a cultural transformation. After all, the company is now adopting greater digitalization, systems integration, real-time data, and more comprehensive and secure governance.
OCP Fertilizantes chose SAP because it is the ERP used by the company in its global operations (in the other countries where it operates). It is capable of supporting and strengthening the growth the company seeks in Brazil, facilitates the integration of the company's systems and processes, and is the leading ERP in the global market.

INSI was also responsible for ensuring the use of best practices and guiding OCP, applying all the consulting firm's existing SAP experience.
