On Wednesday, December 11, INSI took part in AI Day, held at Instituto Caldeira in Porto Alegre. By using advanced Machine Learning algorithms, the solution integrates diverse customer behavior data with high accuracy, enabling more assertive decision-making in areas such as purchasing and production. According to Francieli, this technology has been essential for clients who aim not only to follow trends but also to anticipate them.
