INSI AI Experience

3 min readNovember 20, 2024By

Last Tuesday, November 5th, we held the INSI AI Experience, an event focused on exploring the impacts and challenges of artificial intelligence. The meeting brought together more than 200 executives, directors, and leaders from various fields to discuss how AI can transform businesses and advance society.

Key Insights from the DXi

The event began with a presentation of key insights from the second year of the DXi (Digital Transformation Index), the Study on Innovation and Applied Artificial Intelligence, developed in partnership with the Dom Cabral Foundation. The research revealed essential data on the digital maturity of companies and the challenges they face when adopting AI in their operations. Among the highlights, the study raised a warning: companies that fail to invest in people and human connection risk turning AI into a commodity, lacking a competitive edge. We will soon release the full report on the maturity of Brazilian companies in applied AI, digital, and innovation.

INSI's Digital Transformation and Evolution Case Study

Continuing the event, we presented INSI's success story, a practical example of how we approach our own digital evolution journey. Divided into four main pillars – the customer journey, the employee journey, the operational efficiency journey, and the transformation journey – we demonstrated how we transformed challenges into opportunities, always focusing on generating value for all our stakeholders. Real-life stories and concrete examples illustrated how artificial intelligence is integrating processes, increasing efficiency, and delivering exceptional experiences.

MetadataH Joint Venture Announcement

In line with the company's new positioning, during the INSI AI Experience, we officially announced our joint venture, MetadataH. This launch by INSI and the Canadian company DataH marks a new chapter in offering cutting-edge AI solutions. MetadataH enters the market committed to transforming data into applied intelligence, helping companies become truly agile and cognitive.

Corners: Immersion into INSI's Transformation Journeys

One of the highlights of the INSI AI Experience was the experience provided by the corners, themed spaces that brought to life INSI's four transformation journeys: the customer journey, the employee journey, the operational efficiency journey, and the transformation journey.

Each corner was designed to offer a practical and real-world view of how artificial intelligence is being applied in different areas. INSI experts were available in each space to present innovative solutions, demonstrate real-world use cases, and discuss how AI can be a catalyst for increasing productivity and creating exceptional experiences. Visitors were able to interact with demos, explore concrete application examples, and exchange ideas on how AI and technology can drive their own transformation journeys.

Youth Orchestra

To add a cultural touch to the event, the Recanto Maestro Youth Orchestra performed a live performance, bringing music and excitement to the afternoon. The orchestra concluded the performance with the classic "Trenzinho do Caipira" (Little Train of the Country), by Brazilian composer Heitor Villa-Lobos, the theme song for INSI's 30th anniversary campaign.
