On January 19, the Veiling Holambra Cooperative and INSI took the first step in a strategic SAP S/4HANA implementation project, marking the start of a digital transformation journey designed to accelerate results, increase efficiency, and sustain business growth.
The project begins with a clear goal: to strengthen Veiling’s leadership in Brazil’s flowers and plants market, modernizing key processes and elevating operational and financial management. The solution was structured to deliver tangible gains from the earliest phases, with standardized processes, intelligent automation, more robust controls, full tax and accounting compliance, and efficient integration with specialized systems inherent to the business model.
The implementation follows the SAP Activate methodology, ensuring governance, predictability, and continuous value delivery. Beyond technology, INSI acts as a business partner, also leading Organizational Change Management, with strategic communications, user training, and adoption support, as well as Systems Architecture and Legacy Systems Modernization, which ensure operational continuity through the auction-based sales model.
To ensure a safe cutover with no impact on the business, the project includes a comprehensive cutover plan, covering data migration, alignment with the involved areas, risk management, and contingency plans, ensuring a stable transition to the new environment.
