INSI reaffirms its commitment to pay equity, inclusion, and diversity in the workplace. Our approach goes beyond numbers, focusing on concrete initiatives that foster an inclusive environment, ensuring growth and opportunities for all employees.
Initiatives to Promote Pay Equity and Inclusion
INSI has implemented several actions to strengthen pay equity and inclusion, prioritizing talent development and diversity across all areas of the company. Key initiatives include: INSI Plural: a program that values diversity within the #MetaTeam, promoting inclusion and equity. It encompasses initiatives focused on people with disabilities, women in technology, multiculturalism, generational diversity, LGBTQIA+, and spirituality.

Cultural Diversity
We recognize that a multiplicity of perspectives strengthens innovation and drives more creative solutions. This commitment to cultural inclusion is part of INSI's DNA.
We are a team of 3,000 employees, spread across 8 countries and more than 350 cities around the world. Our team is made up of individuals of different ethnicities, nationalities, gender identities, and physical conditions, all united by the purpose of transforming society through technology. ## Generational Inclusion At INSI, we encourage the participation of professionals at different stages of their professional careers, ensuring that talents of all ages find opportunities aligned with their experiences. Our initiatives to achieve this include:
-
Young Apprentice: provides professional experience and training for young people starting their careers. Currently, more than 40 participants have been integrated into the job market in states such as Rio Grande do Sul, São Paulo, Paraná, Rio de Janeiro, and Minas Gerais.
-
INSI League: an immersion program for those seeking to enter the technology sector. More than 100 participants, aged between 15 and 73 and in various positions, have already completed the program.
Women in Technology
The Women In Tech program aims to expand the female presence in the technology sector, promoting equity and supporting the professional development of women in the field. Since 2021, the initiative has generated significant impacts, including:
-
50% of board positions held by women;
-
30% of leadership positions held by women;
-
99% gender pay balance in technical positions;
-
Women**in Tech Connections: meetings that promote knowledge exchange and networking among employees;
-
The Next Gen: a program to encourage female entrepreneurship, registering over 200 female-led startups and an investment of R$1.5 million via INSI Ventures.
These results demonstrate INSI's ongoing commitment to promoting gender equality. We believe that talent and capacity go beyond any label and that affirmative action initiatives are fundamental to fostering a more egalitarian environment. Our work has been valued both in Brazil and internationally. In 2023, we were honored to receive five awards in the Women in Tech category, and in 2024, we were once again finalists for the Women in Tech Global Awards (LATAM edition), reinforcing our impact and dedication to diversity.
Commitment to organizational evolution and monitoring
INSI continually invests in policies and actions that ensure a more equitable and accessible environment. Constant monitoring of inclusive initiatives and measuring progress are essential to strengthening our social and corporate responsibility.
The publication of the Annual Pay Equality Report, in accordance with the guidelines of Federal Law No. 14,611/2023, Ministry of Labor and Employment Ordinance No. 3,714, and Decree No. 11,795/2023, reinforces our commitment to a fair and inclusive workplace.
The reports are prepared based on the Brazilian Classification of Occupations (CBO), a benchmark for professions in the country, but which does not necessarily reflect contemporary market practices. Furthermore, the data released by the Ministry of Labor and Employment considers the 2023 e-Social data grouped different positions into broad categories, which could lead to distortions in the comparative analysis.
The information was organized to ensure full compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018), ensuring data privacy.
The evaluations are conducted based on official sources, such as:
